This session is 60-90 minutes, includes goal review, energy work, and self-care review. This session is booked individually, for as many sessions as needed. Requires an 24 hour notice to change the appointment. Less notice without emergency, no refund. Eight to twelve sessions are recommended for a complete energy integration.

Buy a three session bundle at 10% discount. No expiration, 24 hour notice to change appointment, unless an emergency, and if less notice, one appointment will be deducted from balance. Eight to twelve sessions are recommended for a complete energy integration.
